Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups chopped peeled apples
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss chopped apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Fold in sour cream and half of the caramel sauce into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust. Add a layer of apple filling. Top with remaining batter and apples.
- Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Notes
- Ensure the cheesecake is fully cooled before refrigerating to prevent cracking.
- Adjust caramel amount to taste for a sweeter or less sweet dessert.
