Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with the balsamic marinade and place on a baking sheet.
