- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1 cup cooked and shredded BBQ chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Barbecue sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the shredded BBQ chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Add sliced red onions evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute store-bought cooked chicken with grilled chicken slices.
- Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce to your preference.
