- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas)
- Chocolate sauce and caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Arrange fresh fruits on top of the cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chopped nuts or coconut flakes on top along with fruits.
- Use ripe, fresh fruits for better taste and presentation.
