Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut each sheet into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point, forming a crescent shape.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, points down to help seal them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, drizzle with a glaze or melt some white chocolate over the top.
Notes
- Ensure not to overfill the crescents to prevent spilling during baking.
- You can add a touch of honey or maple syrup to the pecan filling for extra sweetness.
