- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for easier rolling.
- Spread caesar dressing evenly on each tortilla.
- Distribute cooked chicken, chopped romaine, and parmesan cheese over the dressing on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap for later.

- You can substitute grilled chicken with rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
- For a healthier twist, use whole wheat tortillas and light dressing.
