Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the sliced chicken in the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken slices until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add sliced peppers and onions. Sauté until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing cooked rice, topped with the seasoned chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, shredded cheese, cilantro, lime wedges, and avocado slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy a spicy, savory fajita bowl.
