- 24 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon over the hot tots.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with green onions and a dollop of sour cream before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
