- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In a serving dish, layer crushed Oreos at the bottom.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the Oreos.
- Add another layer of crushed Oreos and then the rest of the whipped cream.
- Smooth the top and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, pulse Oreos in a food processor. For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream.
