Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in butter until melted.
- Add tortellini to the skillet and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes, until tender and coated in sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
