Instructions
- Place chicken, vegetables, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred it with forks, then return to the stew and stir well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
