- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening gravy)
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: Thicken gravy by removing meatballs and stirring in cornstarch dissolved in water; cook on high until thickened.
- Serve the meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes or pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can add sliced mushrooms or chopped onions to enhance flavor.
- Make sure not to overmix the meat for tender meatballs.
