- 1 package cinnamon rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry glaze
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven as per cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Unroll the cinnamon rolls and spread cream cheese filling mixed with chopped strawberries over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing strawberry glaze with a splash of milk to thin if necessary.
- Once baked, drizzle the rolls with strawberry glaze and cream cheese frosting.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh strawberries and a dollop of frosting.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut flakes before baking.
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor; frozen can be substituted, thawed and drained.
