A delectable combination of cinnamon rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, topped with a strawberry glaze and cream cheese frosting.

  • 1 package cinnamon rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry glaze
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven as per cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Unroll the cinnamon rolls and spread cream cheese filling mixed with chopped strawberries over the dough.
  3. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual rolls.
  4. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing strawberry glaze with a splash of milk to thin if necessary.
  6. Once baked, drizzle the rolls with strawberry glaze and cream cheese frosting.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh strawberries and a dollop of frosting.
