- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until crumbly. Press into a lined 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
- Spread caramel sauce evenly over the cooled crust.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then spread over caramel layer.
- Dollop peanut butter over the chocolate and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling.
- You can substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for variation.
