Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, forming a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy hot or warm.
