- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
