Instructions
- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, and minced garlic on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce mixture over ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Thicken sauce by stirring in cornstarch mixed with water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions if desired.
