- 1 pound (450g) of refrigerated or frozen tortellini
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place cooked shredded chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini to the slow cooker and stir.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, until tortellini is tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought cooked shredded chicken for quick preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste. Add red pepper flakes for some spice if desired.
