Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
- Add the cooked beef to the crockpot with taco seasoning, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and uncooked pasta.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is tender.
- Stir well, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and let it melt.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for beef.
- Add diced bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and texture.
- Make sure the pasta is submerged in liquid to cook evenly.
