Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the heavy cream over the chicken, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
