- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 3 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup of strawberry jam or glaze
- Additional strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand. Press evenly into the bottom of a springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon filling over crust, smooth the top, then spread strawberry jam evenly. Decorate with sliced strawberries and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- You can substitute gluten-free cookies for graham crackers to make this dessert gluten-free.
- Use frozen strawberries when fresh ones are unavailable, thaw and drain excess liquid.
- For a tangy flavor twist, add a layer of lemon curd.
