Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in balsamic vinegar and honey, simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
