Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Spread sliced strawberries evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the strawberries if using.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top and drizzle melted butter over it.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes for a crispier topping if desired.
