Instructions
- Mix the cooked stuffing, cranberries, shredded turkey, Parmesan, beaten egg, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the stuffing balls at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden. Can be prepared ahead and reheated.
