- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange in a ring on the baking sheet, overlapping the edges slightly.
- In a bowl, combine shredded turkey and cranberry sauce.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 2 inches of dough uncovered at the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
- Fold the outer edges of the dough over the filling, pleating as needed, leaving the center exposed.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crescent ring is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked chicken for turkey.
- Serve with additional cranberry sauce or a side salad for a complete meal.
