- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and garlic powder; pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- If desired, thicken gravy with cornstarch: mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook until thickened.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles for a complete meal.
