Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
