- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
- Add cooked pasta, mix thoroughly, and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

- Adjust garlic and cheese to taste for a richer flavor.
- For added spice, include red pepper flakes during sautéing.
- This dish pairs well with garlic bread or a crisp green salad.
