- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce and chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
- Use fresh garlic for a more pungent aroma.
