- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, Italian seasoning, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Divide pizza dough into small portions and flatten each into a disc.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dough disc.
- Fold dough over the filling and seal edges to form a ball.
- Brush bombs with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
