Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Arrange wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until wedges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
