Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and toasted breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
- Enjoy with a side of steamed vegetables or a green salad.
