Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta and cooked chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
