Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and cooked chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variety.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat parmesan and reduced-fat cream.
