- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and grated cheese if desired.

- You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for healthier options.
