Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
