Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Stir in peas in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- You can substitute ground beef for cubed beef for different texture.
- Add additional vegetables like celery or corn for variation.
- This stew thickens as it cools, so adjust broth amount for desired consistency.
