- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until cooked through. Season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer diced potatoes in the crockpot, then top with the cooked beef mixture.
- Pour beef broth over the layers and cover the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking until melted.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
- For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or chopped bell peppers.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
