  • 1 onion, diced

  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
