- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Return cooked turkey to the skillet. Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste; add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Best served hot, garnished with extra herbs.
