- 3 potatoes, cubed

Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Place vegetables and seared beef into the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until肉very tender.
- Slice or shred the beef and serve with vegetables, spooning gravy over the top.
