Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions, then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a clear glass trifle bowl, spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
- Add a layer of pudding over the graham crackers.
- Top with a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with extra berries and mint leaves.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
