Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef pieces until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add minced garlic, melted butter, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot with sides of your choice.
