Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, lime zest, and juice.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- In the last 2 minutes, drizzle honey over chicken and cook until glazed.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- To assemble, layer rice on a plate, add chicken strips, then top with sliced avocado and cilantro.
