- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or chicken broth (optional for extra flavor)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Make the honey pepper sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey and black pepper. Add soy sauce or chicken broth if desired, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and chicken. Toss to coat evenly and cook for another minute to blend flavors.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
