- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup crumbled baklava
- Additional honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add honey and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour batter over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then top with chopped pistachios and crumbled baklava.
- Drizzle with additional honey and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, lightly toast pistachios before chopping.
- Ensure cheesecake is fully cooled before adding toppings to prevent melting.
