Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup of honey
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce or sriracha
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add honey and hot sauce, stirring well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon the honey sauce over, and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Cook for another 2 minutes allowing feta to soften. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for a juicier result.
- Adjust hot sauce quantity for desired spice level.
- Best served immediately but refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
