Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned, season with salt and pepper.
- Lay tortillas or lettuce wraps flat, spoon in beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll tightly to form wraps.
- Optional: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes to melt cheese and crisp wraps.
