  • 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef or steak strips
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 low-carb large lettuce leaves or almond flour tortillas (optional for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  3. Add beef strips, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cook until browned and cooked through.
