- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 package low-carb bread rolls or keto-friendly wraps
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cook until soft.
- Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until just browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Slice bread rolls or use keto wraps, and fill with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Roll up and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
