Instructions

- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Whisk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, folding gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
